VALUATIONS AND APPRAISALS
We offer valuation and appraisal services for guitars and basses. If you're not sure what your guitar is worth, or need something a little more comprehensive for insurance purposes, we can offer a range of services tailored to your requirements. Please call or email us for more details.
INSTRUMENT CLEANING POLICY
We refuse to let any instrument out of our shop looking less than its very best. We understand that all guitars will accumulate their fair share of dust and fingermarks during the course of normal playing, and a complimentary cleaning and polishing is included as part of our service. However, when an instrument has been neglected, has not been cleaned for a long period of time and has accumulated a significant amount of dirt, sweat, dust, etc it becomes much more time consuming for us to clean it. For this reason, any instrument that requires significant work to clean will be subject to an extra charge, based on 15 minute intervals at $15.00 each.
STORAGE OF UNCOLLECTED INSTRUMENTS
Please note: it is part of our company policy that any instruments not collected after 30 days will be subject to a $1.00 per day storage fee. For full details of this and other company policies see our Terms Of Use page.
