Jade Guitars LLC does not accept or permit advertisements on its website, nor shall it be used to transmit commercial or personal advertisements, solicitations, or promotions.

Actions on Complaints
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this Agreement. If we become aware of possible violations, we may initiate an investigation that may include gathering information from you or any user involved and the complaining party, if any, and examination of other material. We may suspend the provision of our Services, temporarily or permanently remove the material involved from our servers, cancel posts, provide warnings to you, or suspend or terminate your access to the site. We will determine what action will be taken in response to a violation on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. We will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers. Copyright violations should be reported to: service@jadeguitars.org.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Jade Guitars LLC or its affiliates and owners, harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, resulting from your violation of these terms, and to fully cooperate in the defense by Jade Guitars LLC and their affiliates against any such claims. Without limitation, you agree to defend us from an against any and all claims, actions or demands brought by or against us alleging with respect to you a) infringement or misappropriation of any intellectual property rights; b) defamation, libel, slander, obscenity, pornography or violation of the rights of privacy or publicity, or c) spamming or any other offensive, harassing or illegal conduct or violation of this Agreement. You agree to indemnify us from and against all damages, costs, and fees awarded in favor of third parties, and you will indemnify and hold us harmless against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses and costs (including reasonable attorneys fees) (collectively, "Losses") suffered by us which Losses result from or arise out of the above claims.
Choice of Law/Forum Selection
You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or any content posted to a site including copies and republication, whether based in contract, tort, statutory of other law, will be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. You further consent to the personal jurisdiction of and exclusive venue in the federal and state courts located in and serving Fairfax County, Virginia, as the legal forum for any such dispute.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Uncollected/Unclaimed Instruments
It is the customer's sole responsibility to collect their instrument in a timely manner. We do not have unlimited storage space, nor do we have the time to keep calling customers to remind them to collect their instruments. Therefore, it is our company policy that any instruments which have not been collected within 30 days of the completion of work will be subject to a $1.00 daily storage fee. If an instrument is still not collected after 60 days it will be sold to settle the account balance or otherwise disposed of.
Complimentary Readjustments
Customers are entitled to a free, one-time only readjustment of their instrument if it is considered necessary and if it is brought back to us within seven days. This offer applies only to setup procedures, and does not apply to any other work including electrical work, pickup installations, fret leveling/crowning or repairs.
Refunds of Parts/Services
Service Fees:
Labor fees charged for our shop services will not be refunded under any circumstances. If for any reason you are not happy with our work we will attempt to remedy the situation to your satisfaction, but shop rates charged will not be reimbursed.
Parts:
Only refundable if the part can be removed from the instrument within a reasonable amount of time, and only if the part can be resold or returned to its original supplier. The refund must be requested no later than seven (7) days from the time of the original service, and the customer will be responsible for any labor costs incurred to remove the part(s) and re-install the original.
